Who checks our work
Independent oversight is not decoration. These bodies can and do stop our protocols.
Every study and every non-standard therapy passes an independent committee that includes external clinicians, a legal member and a lay representative. Minutes and approvals are archived and auditable. The committee has withheld approval from our own protocols on eleven occasions since 2016.
Built on ISO 9001 principles with GMP-specific annexes covering aseptic processing, environmental control, batch release and deviation management. Audited internally twice a year and externally once.
A multidisciplinary board reviews patient selection, adverse events and outcome data monthly. Findings feed directly back into protocol revision rather than into a filing cabinet.
Patient and donor data is pseudonymised at the point of collection. Access is role-based, logged, and reviewed quarterly by the data protection officer.
