The Programme

Who this is for

Adipose tissue is the most accessible source of stromal cells in the body, which is precisely why it attracts the least rigorous practice. This programme treats it with the same discipline as any other cellular product.

Curriculum

Four modules

Taught in sequence. Each builds directly on the one before it.

  • 01

    Adipose stromal biology

The stromal vascular fraction, what it actually contains, and how enzymatic and mechanical processing change the product.

  • 02

    Harvest technique

Tumescent infiltration, cannula selection, harvest sites and minimising mechanical trauma to the tissue.

  • 03

    Processing routes

Mechanical versus enzymatic isolation, the regulatory distinction between them, and how each affects viability.

  • 04

    Clinical application

Soft tissue, dermal and chronic wound indications, with delivery technique and realistic outcome expectations.
