The Programme
Who this is for
Orthobiologics has a reproducibility problem: the same nominal preparation varies enormously between operators and centres. This programme is built around fixing that in your own practice.

Curriculum
Four modules
Taught in sequence. Each builds directly on the one before it.
- 01
Blood component science
Platelet biology, growth factor release kinetics, leucocyte content and why it matters more than most protocols acknowledge.
- 02
Standardised preparation
Centrifugation parameters, closed-system handling, and how to characterise what you have actually produced rather than assuming.
- 03
Ultrasound-guided delivery
Hands-on injection technique for joint, tendon and peri-tendinous targets, with live scanning practice.
- 04
Outcome measurement
Selecting endpoints that detect real change, and the honest interpretation of results that plateau.
On Completion
What you will be able to do
Assessed, not assumed. Each outcome is signed off before certification.
Deliver accurately under ultrasound guidance
Audit your own outcomes against published benchmarks

Most people arrive convinced their preparation protocol is standardised. Two days of measuring it usually changes their mind.
