Publication bias is one of the most damaging forces in regenerative medicine. A field that only reports its successes cannot correct itself, so we publish the null results too.

Our Position
How we publish
Four rules that occasionally cost us a favourable headline.
- 01
Pre-registration
Every clinical protocol is registered before recruitment opens, so the endpoints cannot quietly change once the data arrives.
- 02
Null results published
Studies that fail to show benefit are written up and submitted like any other. Four of our 2025 papers report no effect.
- 03
Declared conflicts
Funding sources and commercial interests are disclosed on every paper, including where a sponsor supplied materials.
- 04
Data availability
De-identified datasets are shared with qualified researchers on request, under a standard data transfer agreement.
