The Model

Three disciplines, one feedback loop

Our programme rests on three interlocking fields. A finding in any one of them reliably unlocks progress in the other two — which is why we refuse to separate them into competing departments.

  • Cell biology tells us what makes a stem cell potent — self-renewal, lineage commitment, senescence, and the niche signals governing all three.
  • Genomics tells us who is likely to respond and why, through expression signatures, methylation state and donor variability.
  • Translational science turns both into something a clinician can actually administer, with a dose, a route and a measurable endpoint.
